Personal Training Consultation

An hour for us to get to know each other and to discuss a plan.  Your body education is a process of understanding how your body works, with and without injury.  In addition, the knowledge you will gain from our initial meeting will help you decide if you would like to run with those gains or continue to learn, train & increase your body knowledge.  We discuss a short and long term plan that is realistic understanding life demands and make your training an outlet for you and not a burden.  Nutrition and Hydration will be discussed as well educating you.  If at the end of our consultation, we both feel we are a good fit, we will schedule to start training.


Personal Training 30 Min Session

Body Recognition will be step one.  Range of Motion is step two.  Increasing flexibility will be a process through training.  Understanding how our body is put together and how we should use it correctly will be something that will be a continual gain during our training sessions.  Exercises will be taught, then documented with verbiage and photos for you to attempt to do on your own to support our plan(s).  Body Awareness will be apparent once we continue through our training to direct the build of your programming appropriately, correct and safe.
